City xc-ski championship 15k Freestyle.
Haven’t run for a while due to skiing, so it’ll be an easy 10k this Saturday.
Barcelona Marathon will start in four weeks, so I have a Long Slow Distance run (33km) before tapering. I will be alone, wife and kids will wait for me at home. Hopefully.
My valentines day training will be getting up at 6am with the baby after being woken every 3 hours in the night by a heavily pregnant wife. First exercise of the day will be a swim at baby splashes followed by a run round the playground Park and the final leg will be a cycle ride home! The parents triathlon.
Usual run on Bowen Rd. while my +1 joins me on the trail with our lovely new baby :-)
Saturday morning will be parkrun with the wife and kids. Unfortunately nothing romantic there!
Go for a nice ski tour in the Alps
so, I’ll go for a 25 mile run at 4am, so I can be back in time to do breakfast in bed, and then on to a day together as a family
I’ll be off to Girona for a week’s training camp

Saturday is long run day with the wife so we will head to the beach for an evening run, and then romantically enjoy each others sweaty company by grabbing some ice cream cones (What? We’re allowed to indulge on Valentine’s right?)
A 1h run in the morning + a 1h swim with in the evening (both with my wife :) ). The surprise for her will be that i’ll disclose the 1 h run after we get running (stating before it’ll be a 30min run :))
