I sit here and watch my wife do a trainer workout (it’s <30deg out). Unfortunately she has to work later. While she has to work it'll actually warm up out and I'll be out on the bike for ~3hrs to pass the time until I see hr again.

We’re running in the hamster wheel. It’s a hay baler on rollers in the back yard and it fits 2! It’s perfect for icy winters when the paths are unsafe. What better way to spend valentine’s day than sweating it out with each other? A swim is also in the plan for later in the afternoon.

I will do a 5-6 km run today.. for the first time in too long after some health and energy hazards… As Always supported by my running-mate my brother Marcel and challenged by my running-love John… Enough loved ones who deserve a beautiful smart training watch as you suggest! WOW!!! I will run my 9 km training today and will try AGAIN to beat my brother in law Marcel Abraas who will run a half a marathon on march 8 in the Hague… Okay, I don’t run as far as he does yet, but my speed is improving rapidly… With a perfect functioning training watch I might beat him sooner than he expects!! Let the games begin!!!!

Valentine’s training for me was a 20 mile ride on studded tires in 20 degree weather after a big snow in northern Japan.
Since it’s not raining I’m leaving the trainer be and am going off on a three-hour ride in the afternoon…

P90X Plyometrics for 58 minutes, after that 6.2 miles on treadmill at easy pace.
I got up at 6 and started the day with a 30km cross country training. Finished at 9 and went to the next florist to get 11 red roses for my wife (we are a couple for 11 years now). After a quick breakfast we went skiing with the kids for some 3 hours. Now the kids are at a carneval party and we will share some time together. A perfect day!
Treadmill for me, racing outdoors in a snowstorm for her. Both of us will have fun.
My plans are to take my wife to a jog on Sunday morning, hopefully during the 2 hour pause of rain (looking at tge weather forcadt it seems like its going to that direction) and breath some fresh air after a long and very hard week.
An easy shakeout run and then the Austin Half marathon tomorrow.
Plan was to ride 70 km and enjoy breakfast before the family woke up. With both kids up late and in the middle of the night, the plans got shelved and a very short lived sleep in ensued.

Just finished my 60min Z3 ride.
Running around after our 2 and 4 year-olds followed by time on the indoor trainer.
Considering it’s -25 C, I’ll stay indoors with my rollers.
Easy run and some long overdue time on the MTB trails.
Tomorrow is race day so nothing on the plans for today. Although, come to think of it, I was line referee at my son’s soccer match today so I guess that qualifies as a tiny interval-ish training…

We are training for the SAP Marathon. We will do a fourth of it each. My goal is to do the 10k in less than 40 minutes, hovering around 44 now. We are going to hit that limit today
My wife and I are training for a half marathon and we were supposed to run 11 miles today. The farthest either of us have ever run. But due to a foot injury, I have to postpone training until next week. But my wife is super supportive, so that helps a lot.
