I’ll be up at a friends cottage playing hockey on the lake with my kids. Exercise and fun with kids and friends. It doesn’t get better.
I’ll be spending Valentines going for a short run followed by a heavy density workout. Should be fun!

A 20-25K run in the morning and about 1 hour cross country skiing in the afternoon together with my wife :)
I would have run here in Israel on my holiday as part of my preparation for the Rotterdam marathon + there is some great running uphill. Only I’m having fever for 2 days + a minor injury in my leg….but we stay positive :)

Yesterday I spent more than four hours on bike in Finnish winter. Today is a day for “recovery training” by going down a hill on a sled with my kids.
Today is for recovery, but for sunday there’s 12 miles with easy pace on the cards
My training plan is to get rid of the cold I’m currently stuck with.

As I recently broke my collarbone in a crash on the track my training today will be a lite 45 min. on the Kickr. That is all my body can take so far. To bad all my good winter training is slowly fading away.
Probably just a longer and faster dogwalking, donuts and a cup of coffee with my significant other :)
A shuttle day on the Enduro bike, ending with a few epic crashes, the bike in at the shop for repairs and arms bloodied up for the nice dinner out….

My Valentine’s Day training will include 9 hours of work but after that Im going to the gym for an hour with my valentine :)
