on Valentine’s Day I will do a 35k LSD to get prepared for the Nagoya marathon in 3 weeks time. My husband is in Kyoto and will be carbo loading for the Kyoto Marathon on Sunday
Run a mile, bike a few more, stretching, etc
30 minute run on the treadmill in the afternoon. Running as a soccer referee in the evening. Low 20s here on Saturday. Sunday, single digits with a low below zero. Brrrr. Yes, of course, the soccer games are indoor :-)
10km jog following a 100km cycle yesterday and a triathlon tomorrow. Legs a little tired!
Spin on the bike at the gym for 45′ in the a.m., then chocolates and red wine in the p.m. Happy Valentine’s Day :)
A quick 5k run at 5 in the morning before my daughter wakes up!

My wife and I are doing a race called the Frigid Fanny Four Miler! With wind chills in the negative ‘teens, it should live up to its name!
A cold 10 mile group run for a recovery week during marathon training.
A long endurance ride, likely on Zwift! They reversed the track direction so I’m looking forward to a little change, I’ll probably try to bump up about 10 watts avg every 20 minutes until I hit what I’m aiming to stay at.

Will spend Valentine’s lap swimming with my awesome 12-year old daughter.
9 mile mid-morning run. Hopefully it will warm up a tiny bit!

The Fiance and I have an hour long lap swim session bright and early, followed by an hour long trainer ride. It is brutal cold and snowy outside up our way!
Intervals! Probably some rowing and a light jog to warm up and then on to some HIIT!
