Bright and Early 7am dropping our daughter with my parents so the wife and I can get a 10 Mile training run in.
On Valentin’s day, I’ll spend a nice morning with my wife then I’ll do the tour d’Adrèche Meridional race which is my first bike race of the season
My wife and kids will be rock climbing all weekend. I am stuck at home working. Since my Valentines won’t be around, my plan is to work, sleep, eat and ride each day until they get back.
My valentines day run will be a 2 hour 30 minute trail run in snowy forests while my oldest son is on his American football practice.
My training will be in the bedroom with the wife! :-)
Will be travelling interstate to take part in the inaugural Australian Spartan Stadium Sprint race in Sydney (5+ km and 30+ obstacles) . The wife will be hopefully cheering me on, but more likely she will be going shopping!

Planning to run my local Parkrun – 3 miles there and back easy with a fast 5k in the middle.
Will do some trail running in Esteron Valley in the South of France and then prepare myself (not just physically, but also the costume!) for the Nice Carnaval Run on Sunday :D

And most important, we’ll finish by a refueling session at a nice 1-star restaurant (but only for the lady and I).
