Same as if it weren’t valentine’s day: 2.5 hour session on the bike trainer with 20 of my best friends!
Snow storm moving in, high winds and cold……so it’s going to be an indoor interval bike on the trainer and hopefully some strength training.
My wife and I are going to take 30-40 mile ride on our tandem as part of training for the Seattle to Portland Ride (link to cascade.org) The last time we completed this ride together on the tandem was in 1999 before our son was born. Looking forward to many wonderful training rides on the tandem with my wife.
My new wife and I will be doing hill repeats, in a blizzard! Gotta love northeast ohio!
A 2h run before “the (other) girl’s” commuting bike has to be fixed.
Will be driving to Austin for the Austin Half on Sunday.
Valentines day will be a parkrun, then a hike with my wife. Sunday a 16 mile long run with some running club friends.
Layering up and running 8 miles in crazy wind chills on the Potomac Heritage Trail with my best running buddy!
My husband will be on a plane to Joshua Tree for a rock-climbing trip, and I’ll running under the “lonely hearts” banner at a local 5k.

Tommorrow I’ll first cycle 16km to the swimmingpool, swim about 2,5km in 45min. Ride 16km back home. Have a nice meal with some extra proteïne. Do some studying. Have drink with my parents who are coming by tommorrow. Run a hour. Do some more studying and go to bed early. Sleep is the best recovery ;)
I’m joinning a group of like-minded people to do 10k in preparation for the Run350 race, Singapore’s eco-run event in support of the global 350 movement.
90min trainer ride and some technique work on the track later.
Tour de Palm Springs on Saturday. 100 Miles with my wife. Weather forecast: 88 degrees.

My wife, son, and I will wake up early and ride for a couple of hours. From there we will put our son in a running stroller and go run for a couple of miles through the wooded areas near our house. We’ve had really nice weather, can’t pass up being outside.
I’ve got a race pace run in the morning. 7-8 miles at pace with 2 before and 2 after.
Visiting with family, so my rather unromantic run will be about 5k’s worth of sprint / walk intervals with my aunt’s dog!
4×4 minutes on a stationary traineer, and a good long walk with my girlfriend.

5K Race first thing :) First run back in the cold after a vacation.
Still just starting so I expect if I make 2 miles I will be lucky but it will be a day to explore new paths though.
