My 9 yr old and I ran a 5k today (2/13). Tomorrow I will run bridges in preparation for the Gate River Run.
2.5 hours. 3X25 minutes at HR zone 3, 5-10 minute recoveries.
She will be running 15 miles on the treadmill, based on forecast of 25 mph wind and high temp of 6F. He will be foam rolling a miserable ITB and hitting the pool.
Fiancee is training for an Ultramarathon, I’m training for a 70.3. Gonna do a 1h run tomorrow before Valentine’s dinner.

Sadly no training or racing for me this weekend as I am still recovering from a knee injury but I will be going to cheer my wife and middle son as they run a 10k tomorrow morning. It will be his first 10k

It’s supposed to be a blizzard here in New England. I’ll be riding for 1 hour (on the trainer).
