Late breakfast of scrambled eggs and toast. Then a day of shopping with my wife (and pedometer) followed by a steak dinner without our kids. I even made reservations on my own! There will be no real workouts on Valentines day. That day will be spent with all attention to my wife and family.
I plan to take my honey for a drive up the coast, and we may bring our mountain bikes for a little scenic riding as well.

On valentine’s day I plan to take 5k run in the morning and some swimming session in the afternoon. My best friend has just started doing cardio training for weight-loss. Now, keeping in mind that my old sigma pc15 just died last week and my friend is looking for a heart monitor (actually he is planing to obtain chinese gadget from alibaba, God please help him!), your gift would be highly appreciated and solve our problems a little bit !!!

As tomorrow is both Valentine’s Day and my wedding anniversary myself and my husband will be rising bright and early for a warm up walk to Valentines Park where we will both be dressed in Red and volunteering to cheer on the other runners. After that we are going to have a strenuous day relaxing together with a nice lunch and together time.
It makes a change from my 21 mile run last week and the 22 miles I have planned for next weekend.
Another great reason to exercise with my wife!

Probably my best shot is to recover from the bad cold, and then expect to be up and running soon.
For Valentine’s Day I will be watching our kids while my wife does her C25K training program. Then on Sunday the whole family is doing a 6 mile trail run/hike at Crestline Ecological Preserve in Crest, CA.
A small portion of Valentines Day will be spent in the pain cave trying to make up for lost time this season due to injuries – Zwift + TR + Pop Punk Classics on Slacker Radio.

I’m definitely getting some endurance training in, but it will have nothing to do with swimming, biking, or running if you catch my drift. Maybe I’ll wear the HRM-RUN strap from Garmin during this “exercise”.

I am running a local 10k with a bunch of my local running friends from my running group MRTT.
I’ll be heading out early for a brisk 10k run whilst my wife looks after the kids. I get home, tag up so she can go for a swim. Then a late brunch and on with the weekend as a family.

Well since the Cascade Mountains seem devoid of snow and my ski class is cancelled for the 3rd or 4th week in a row (I’ve lost count at this point) I think brunch and a nice balmy 60 degree stroll around Alki Point might be in order, then maybe hit up the REI winter clearance because how can you pass that up??

on Valentine day i asked my wife what she would want, here awnser, just a complete day with my husband. So i won’t be training tommorow but serving her breakfest in bed and spending the intere day together.

For valentines I’m doing an 11 mile run with my team from Team in Training.
I would get myself the Vivoactive so I can have the live tracking for when I go on runs or bike rides alone. The second gadget would be used for a raffle to raise more money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
We will take it easy with just a light 6K to be able to enjoy the rest of the day. ;) Finger crossed !
