Planning for a beach run at Bamburgh, North East England
Spending my last Valentine’s Day alone (hubs is deployed for 16 months) and the last one as an Active duty Military spouse (he retires in Sept after 26 years) but my plan is a simple treadmill workout for my “rest” day. He is training for the Challenge Dubia so running is our common ground. HAVE AN AWESOME VALENTINE’S DAY EVERYONE
My girl is coming to visit me so I guess a romantic couples run could be in place!

10 km training run!
A few thousand meters in the pool and then a nice slow run, assuming it’s not in the teens outside.
My wife will be racing a 5K and I’ll be doing endurance ride with some sprints mixed in getting the legs ready for a crit on Sunday.

Tomorrow snow is forecast in the mountain, a nice evening run in the wood with front lamp and then back home to dine with wife and kids. Great plan.
I’ll be strength training, running on the treadmill and riding my road bike on Valentine’s Day :)
Various things on tap, to help not only my own fitness, but also my loving wife AND ALSO giving back to the local mtn biking community:
This afternoon: quick trail ride since the weather at the moment in N TX is spectacular.
Tomorrow morning: Doing trail work on that same trail, with local riding buds.
After that: clean around the house, of course!
Tomorrow night – take that loving wife out to eat/whatever else like a movie, etc.
Shaping up to be a grrrrreat weekend!
Looks like it will be an indoor bike trainer session on Saturday. Sunday looks really cold, so that will be a run at the indoor Y track.
Looks like a brick! 75 minute trainer ride, then we might sub out the run for snowshoeing given how much snow we have here in the Northeast! Normally we’d brick on Sunday and long ride on Saturday, but we may shift that on account of those -25 temps coming up….
Valentine’s Day is a rest day for me.
I’ll probably be on a trainer (crashed and landed hard on left hip two days ago) and the wife will be doing her usual Saturday morning run.
Having special time with my GF and on Sunday it’s run day again:)
I have a tempo run planned, and a 1-hr bike ride. The forecast in New Jersey is Snow and sub zero temperatures, so long story short – I just bought my first set of rollers! Wish me luck!
8-10 mile trail run, followed by a nice hot bath.
A 15 mile trail run in the morning and a nice & easy 5 mile hike with my lady in the afternoon.
A 15-mile road bike loop just outside Denver (maintaining a base level of fitness) and a hike on Golden’s South Table Mountain.

a 30km mountain bike ride in the morning and, if there is enough energy, an evening run

I’ll be doing a fun Death Trail to Water Line Half Marathon Trail run on Monte Sano here in Huntsville, AL.

Being single, I will do a longer threshold bike session on my indoor trainer, eat and rest as best I can – and cross my fingers for some lighter cardio in the evening.
Trail run in the snow should be interesting! Gotta love Canadian winters!

I’m running a Spartan Stadium race in Sydney tomorrow, so today is a really light 4km jog to keep the legs warm.
leave for a week of training in Girona Spain
I already got my workout done. I snuck out of the office at lunch and spent a nice easy 60 on the cardio bike. It was recovery day.
Trainingplan says that first there’s 1h:20m swim followed by 1,5h of skiing followed by a 1h run.
Take walk on a sunny beach of Haukilahti or relaxing stretching on gym.
Wake up. Kiss wife. Grab child. Put in bike trailer. Ride until she gets hungry or I run out of talent.
A 30 minute run/walk and a yoga class.
Lift, 5 mile run, then fly to Italy.
No training plans for me this valentines day…but I’ll be spending a nice relaxing night with the wifey!
We can watch our hearts beat as one, while we sleep, with any of the HR activity trackers. A shared quantified life is a sharing quantified.

20 mile run in the morning with a mate then girl friend going away in the afternoon so pizza and DVDs for me and our daughter.
My Valentines day will consist of starting training on a 1/2 marathon in April, and the start of training for my first full marathon in October. Planning on a nice, easy 7 miler on Saturday morning!

Valentine’s Day workout is an easy one- 2 mile jog. Day after Valentine’s I’m running the 26.2 with Donna in Jacksonville Beach, Fl. Thankful to have a loving and supportive wife who doesn’t mind delaying celebrating Valentine’s Day
On valentine day. I will do some judo training so I can hug my friends.

With another blizzard on tap for the weekend here in the northeast, it looks like another weekend on the trainer watching Sufferfest and movies.
As winter has hit me hard, no training for me. Have to get better first, too sick for now.

Into real training now. Tomorrow is a 90-minute easy run and 90-minute trainer grind-out, capped by a leisurely pool swim with the misses. Sunday I abandon the misses to her own devices to make the most of the freezing mid-Atlantic, with as many hours of icy GS turns as I can stand, instead of the planned 30-minute recovery run and 2 hour aerobic ride.
Plan to run 18K, it will be my longest run ever. It is part of my Half-Marathon training.
Bike build day. Swapping out all 105 parts for Force 22.
We will be riding the Tour de Palm Springs Century.

Husband and I along with our 13 year old daughter are participating in a 10k this Saturday morning to kick off Valentines….our daughter has found a new passion in running and is looking forward to Cross Country in the Fall.
A 3k swim in the pool, 90 minutes on the wind trainer and a one hour run.
I will go for an outside run, my wife will be on the treadmill.
It’s going to be cold and snowy here, so probably a short run on the treadmill and some lifting.

I’ll be doing a morning weight session followed by a quick run before heading out for a 2-year-old photo session for our daughter.
First day of training for the Lake Placid marathon!
I’ll be spending the day skiing :)
4-4.5 hour ride, steady for first 2.5-3, then race-pace simulation on a steady uphill for the last 90 minutes. Then, immediately into a 30 minute run with 3x8min tempo with 2min easy in between.
Then, I’m going to eat all the things and sleep the rest of the day away.
Just an easy 5k, before the Restaurant:)

My V-Day vision is 12 miles of running in Brooklyn before the temperature drops, followed by an indulgent brunch at the farm where we will be getting married this fall. There will be apple crumble.
