Not running myself, rather cheering on ladies from the Moms running group that I am the chapter leader for. Out of our 400 mamas, we have a few running their first 5k, 10k and half marathons tomorrow! And its going to be cold and windy for these Atlanta ladies! Watching them achieve their goals is sometimes better than when I hit one of my personal goals! Never fear though, I will be getting some trail miles in this weekend at Stone Mtn Park! ;)
Long run, slow (under 150 BPM)
Our oldest will be wrestling all day, so no opportunity to run. Hopefully we can hit the gym together for some lifting. Nothing says I love you like building muscle, right?
1.5 hr ride and next day a Duathlon
21 km run with final finish to be 100% ready for the Tokyo Marathon. A trip given to me from my big love. She just started a challenge for her self – a 1/2 ironman – and she is afraid of water… would be the best gift to support her with a new gadget.

Valentine’s Day is also my wife’s birthday, so I’ll be doing my usual 5km Saturday morning run at Parkrun and then it’ll be family time with my wife and little boy.
In Wi tomorrow it’s supposed to 5 degrees with windchills to -20. My schedule has an 8 Mile run…..guessing I’ll be seeing some treadmill time. Sunday is a 2 hr garage trainer ride with some buddies Any movie recommendations?
This looks like an excellent time to start working out on the trainer again – a TrainerRoad session is on the cards!
For Valentines Day I plan on running an easy five miles. I wont be sharing it with anyone except my track team. :) Happy Friday the 13th btw!

My wife is training for her first half marathon in May and tomorrow we will both be running a 10K just outside of Washington DC. It will be the first 10K of her life and she is so excited!
