Well, we both will have trainings, but in different gyms.
A 2h trail run with more than 500m ascent
Probably an hour on the turbo.
Currently laid up with my thumb in a splint after having surgery on a torn ligament so sticking to the turbo!
Doubling up on sufferfest’s with the long scream and angels then it’s steak and film night with my lovely girlfriend to recover.
I will be training for my second marathon, on a long run.
PS here in Brazil Valentine’s Day is at june, 12th :-)
6 weeks to marathon = first 20 miler!
90 minute trainer session followed by steaks and a nice bottle of red wine!

Sitting on my butt since I’ll be running the Austin 1/2 marathon on Sunday
I’ll be out early in the morning with my partner for a gentle 10 mile trail run in the fells. Then it’s back home to relax for the rest of the day!

It’s winter at its fullest where we live, so me and my significant half have Trainer Road workouts planned for Valentine’s day – with a nice romantic recovery dinner afterwards.
I’m doing a 2 hour spin class. It would be nice to dress like cupid and ride outside but it’s only going to be about 10 deg here in Chicago and that would look kind of unusual anyway so I’ll just stay inside.

I’m trying to get back into training after tendonitis set me back… again. I’m aiming for a three mile run and an hour of PT. And if all goes well a few homemade cookies to share : )
Nice 20 Mile Bike ride in the morning followed by a late afternoon 2.5 mile walk each way to our favorite restaurant. Why drive when you can walk.
We are going to the rec center to swim and run, as it is too cold and icy here to do much of anything outside!
1 hour on the trainer then weights at the gym.
Backcountry skiing in the Rockies!
First it was horseback rides, then we turned to bikes, then along came the baby. Whamm! No time alone. We have planned a challenging afternoon ride with a nice lunch after.

A 6 mile run with my wife on an easy pace!
Trading time on our treadmill. Me first with a Tempo Run, and then the Mrs. will run.
Family’s in the groove: My honey and I will jump on the Cycleops and do a little circuit training, while our daughter will run on the mill.
I’ve got a run-bike-run brick scheduled. Perfect So Cal weather.
V-day training includes paced out 5K followed by some light lifting.
25 mi Bike ride for my local Habitat for Humanity.
First a hike with my 4yo monsters and then a 35 mile grinder through Waimanalo to Makapu’u and then back to Lanikai for an afternoon with the family at the beach.
My wife is running a half marathon and I will be there to cheer her on (an get in a run while she is racing).
~50 mile ride in the morning, followed by 12 oz curls to exhaustion in the evening! PR? Could be lurking….
A 5 mile walk with y wife around the neighborhood.
Will try to squeez in a 10k run before a romantic dinner with the wife!

Easy 10-12k run which will likely be indoors due to the deep freeze that Toronto is currently under! :(

I will be doing a 40K XC-Ski on some local trails before a blizzard hits New England again this winter on Sunday.
Starting with a intensiv strength training for about 1 hour, then either a 4×4 interval or a 40/20 interval 20 reps depends on the energy levels.

I ran my first 50M race last Saturday, so this Saturday (Valentine’s Day) I will be hitting the trail for my first post-race run. My legs feel good. I have no set plan. I’m going to go by feel and run for what seems like a good amount with my friends.

It is my daughters first birthday (or little Valentine baby!) so I will be busy to say the least. I will wake up early and do hill training on my Tacx vortex smart for 1 hour. Would love to go outside but alas it is -25c in Montreal today!

After a long journey of rehab after injuring my left knee, I’ll be running 5K distance for the first time in months on Valentines day!
13 mile run! I’m 2 weeks out from a half, so it’s my last double digit run. Then…yardwork!

I usually complete a 3 hour bike ride, but cutting it to 2 hours to get home early to go out to breakfast with my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday on Sunday.

Packing the car for a ski week and working the kids hockey games. The real workout will be on Monday, keeping up with teenagers on the ski slope.

My wife and I will be snow-shoeing then ice climbing! I might try to go for a short run before all that just in case the ice is not climbable.
Now that you’ve reminded me I’ll be aiming for a new PB as I sprint to the shop as soon as it opens to try to get some (hopefully discounted) red roses and a card, and then try to make it back before the wife wakes up and realises I’ve forgotten again.
