I’ll be running some strides tonight and taking actual Valentines day off to hang out with the soon-to-be-fiancee. Then a long brick on Sunday.
60 min on the trainer with VO2 intervals; 30 min. run; transition to dinner and wine.
Well, my wife will be out of town, so probably bike to the gym, swim a mile-ish, do a little light lifting and core, bike home, and reward myself with a big lunch and a shower beer.

Plan on changing it up and doing a little cross country skiing (weather permitting!)
i shall be leaving my wife at home and heading out for a 2hr run, followed by 71 miles on the bike on Sunday..l. good thing she loves me!

It’s running season down here in Austin, TX and with that comes the Ausitn Marathon this Sunday. In preperation, Saturday my wife and I will be drinking water, riding bikes around town with Social Cycling Austin and the Caffeine Cruise, and heading to bed early, for race days start before the sun comes up.
An easy 10k run for me.
Going out of town. Will try to sneak in a run or something!
20 km running at maf tempo
Run with the local running group, 6-8 miles.
Will be going for a 5-mile run with my wife of 20 years riding her bike along with me. She would love to run but her plantar faciatis won’t allow it.
a leisurely 10k (on the treadmill, because there’s way too much snow outside!)
Rest day – 3 mile walk to Starbucks with my wife
5 mile MAF test in the morning. Then weight training.
I will be rocking out to pirate metal for a few hours. Headbanging and moshing are great for both cardio and core strength.
Short runs planned for both of us – ~3-5 miles for me, probably ~1 for her (as long as her foot isn’t still hurting). After that, spending time volunteering @ the local HS for a program we’re both involved in.
A 10 mile run for me, 3 mile run for her, and a round of tennis for both of us.
Easy medium long run (~20km)
90 minutes on the bike trainer, in recovery from terrible shin splints. Will hopefully convince my spouse to run on the treadmill next to me!
I will be on a off-day for running but will do a double-length strength circuit to make room for my Valentine’s Day dinner. :)
I’ll also be taking my 4 y/o on a snowshoe in hopes of “training” him to like it. :)
Only 7 km jogging. But 27 km next day with friends.
2 hour mtb ride in the local forest
I will be resting on my couch after slipping on the ice this week. I’m out of running for at least another 2 weeks, so I’ll be living vicariously through my friends
20k/5k brick workout in the evening. Hoping the gym is very very quiet…

I’ll be in New Orleans with the wife. No training; just eating.

My girlfriend and I are spending the weekend in San Francisco and riding in Marin County. Scheduled 50-80 miles Saturday and 20-30 miles Sunday.
My Valentine’s Day training plan is “recovery.” I’m currently 3.5 weeks post-op from right ankle surgery & 4 months post-op from left ankle surgery.
I am taking a 50 minute spin class this Valentines’ Day – much needed cross training!
Headed to mt Lemmon with other members of the bike nunnery/monastery
I’ll be on a 13 mile training run for the upcoming Blue Diamond Shamrock’n Half Marathon!!!

Get out for a mountain bike ride in this usually warm weather we are having for Feb!
My better half requested baby back ribs for Valentine’s dinner, so I will put them on to slow cook for eight hours and then spend the entire cook time cycling and walking as a measure of preemptive strike against the big ol’ calorie bomb dinner.
14 mile trail run then off to watch my daughter swim at HS districts.
Small 5k race in the morning; it should be pretty nice.
A hilly 8 mile run, weather/snow permitting :-)
i will be doing an 18 mile trail run in preparation for my upcoming 50 miler. weather should be in the teens, so it should be a blast!

I have a 16 mile fast finish run scheduled. First 10 easy (7:00-7:30 pace) and last 6 faster (6:00-6:20 pace).
My wife will go to the early-bird swm, and I’ll go for a run a bit later, as I’m not a morning person. We will bike together in the afternoon.
