Running in Washington Park, Portland. Following a trail from a 79 running book. And using my Garmin f220 to do an interval workout (6x.5 miles, with 90 sec breaks.) Faster!
2 hour trainer ride followed up with a 30 minute run Tuesday morning.
First Half Marathon Jan 18, but for this year, I will be training more than ever before

Slow long ride with my sister over the mountains and to the coast with a nice sandwich and coffee stop.
I’m currently training for my first half Ironman in March. Thursday I’ll be doing 1 hr tempo bike ride followed by a 6 mile tempo run.

I will be doing a 10k run this week in Orange County. Also my normal Christmas day 25 mile ride!
I am in the Australian offroad triathlon championships this coming weekend (dec 13 & 14). i have entered the weekend series (the dirt master series) it is a 1.5km/30km/10km race on the saturday, 500m/10km/5km sunday morning and the finale a 10km trail run on sunday afternoon.

Keep with my goal of running at least a 5k every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week. I’ve been consistent for 3 months now, which is a big deal for me.

A 90 minute base ride on my trainer.
I also will be doing some boring base training on the trainer, 90 mins is the most I can go.
Will be running 10km tempo, below sea level . But not under water ;-) . There is only one place where you can do that in USA and that is Death Valley # bad water basin #-282feet.

3200 yd swim from workout book. Plus other swims, runs and trainer rides.
Outdoor riding is finished for now hoping for no rain/snow and slightly warmer temps. Until then training with KICKR daily using VeloReality videos. Next up is West Flanders, Belgium – Part 2 and then heading to some hill and mountain rides.

Physio says I must stay away from HILLS but I have a flat 10km race on Wednesday, only problem is I might have to run 8km to the start!
