Silverstone duathlon on Weds 14 May if work allows. Aim is to be strong on both runs and test my new Red Shift aero system on the bike
Ran my best 5k in Arcadia, California a month ago on a recovering bad ankle. Still recovering from the ankle. Hence no race lined up as of yet.
Racing, whats that? I guess the Cherry Blossom run counts from Apr 6th where I achieved my goal of faster then 10min/mile
The only event I participated was the UK Park Run, which is where I started running. Though not a race it woke the racing spirit in me in trying to beat my own record each week. Most memorable sutardays.
The next race is a MTB type race, which will happen in one month’s time in Vilnius, Lithuania. The goal – improve my current standing by at least 10%
July 2014 – Hamburg Triathlon – Goal there: below 1:45 hours
17 th May Velencei-tó Marathon cycling race.
This will be my first cycling race so the goal is just finish it with a smile on my face.
On june 13 it i race here i Sweden called Vätternrundan. It’s 300km biking, the start i going of at midnight and i’m hope to reach the finishline by the morming at 9. Do my goal i 300 i 9 hours.
My next race will probably be triathlon in September in Netanya, Israel.

Since its fast approaching summer in Dubai, no races till Sept. My last race was the 2XU Olympic Triathlon Race 3/3 in Dubai on 28 March. Having posted a PB in race 2/3 I thought I would go for season best in the last race, that was until a friend of mine decided to visit from UK that week. A bbq and a few more beers than I should the previous night did not make for a PB. Struggled but managed to finish with a sprint over the line for the camera’s!
Am trying to pick up where I left off with the C25K and participate in a local 5k end of this year. Goal? To actually finish the program for once ;P
Hahhh, the next (first:) race will be the Kinok Kinja at the end of next week, just to have some fun and experience…or…maybe just to survive:)))

Next race will be Olympic Triathlon near Naharia, Israel on the 24th of May. The goal – swim under 30min, bike under 1:10 and run under 42min
Ashkelon Triathlon, June 13th. My goal is sub 1:30 (sprint).
My last race was my first 10k, which I did in just under an hour. The next race will be aiming to beat that.
Next event is probably Stockholm Bike the 7 September (42km),

Six days until GöteborgsVarvet, a half marathon in Gothenburg. Got a few different goals: top 1000, winners time + 50% and improve my PB.

Next big challenge is the Mooloolaba half ironman in Queensland: aim is to complete it without dying as it’s my first one. Last race was the midnight sun marathon in Trömso, Norway 3:50 PR.

I’m racing the Transcontinental Race from London to Istanbul in August this year. I hope to make it in 15 days or less, but seeing as it’s 2200+ miles, who knows! Either way, gonna be a huge adventure, and I get to visit the UK, France, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, Bulgaria, and Turkey :-)

Last race was the Jerusalem (Israel) Marathon, now resting before my next marathon – on the French Rviera, Nice to Cannes, in November. Maybe I’ll see you there ?
In june i will do my first ever triathlon (1/8) after a short 8 week clinic.
Estimated time (based on other peoples result last year) will be 1:15
Totaly new in swimming and cycling so any price is very welcome.
Next race is going to be my 2nd Tri. A sprint distance in Eau Claire, WI on June 8th. My goal is to cut time from when I did the same race a year ago, but not to go too hard since 6 days later is my first Half Iron race in Appleton WI. Gal there is sub 7 hours.
Oh, and tuesday is my birthday. So if I win that would be an awesome birthday present!
CGI Racing’s Black Bear 70.3 in Beltzville State Park, Lehighton, Pa, USA on June 1st. Last year, this was my first 70.3. My goal is have fun, stick with the game plan, and crush last year’s time.

For the next race I plan to be a volunteer ! Last year I was driving the Commissiaire 2 car in the pack of cars! THis year I would like to drive the Commissiaire 1 right behind the pack in the next Gatineau Grand Prix.
TTT Ohio next weekend. Hope to be able to race on Sunday morning.
My last race was 2 months ago. I blew up, 115 per cent of max theretical HR – time to take a rest and regroup. No plans for this season.

Just competed in my first duathlon: the Waterbury YMCA Downtown Duathlon. I placed 7th overall! Woo hoo! Next up: the Pat Griskus Olympic Duathlon on June 14th.
Next Race is in Mid June. A 10k in Reading, UK. Target: Sub 42min.
Next race is July 26th, Big Butts 50k in Clinton, Ms. Given the expected heat and humidity in south Mississippi this time of the year, my goal is to finish! (Under 6.5 hours would be good for me.)
I have the Half Donkey race in Canmore which entails a 50k mtb ride and a 25k trial run. We’re having an extended winter this year so I’m hoping to get some mtb riding done before i get to the race. As for the race, just going to enjoy being in the mountains.
I will be doing Get Your Rear in Gear 7k which supports colon cancer (get it?). I went through colon cancer treatment last year and am now getting back into shape.

Olomouc 1/2 Marathon, June 21th. After not running for almost 3 weeks (hopefully starting again in a week – broken digit is way too stupid injury) I only hope for somehow finishing the race and not keeling over.
I’ll join you in Paris for the next Marathon! As it’ll be my first, my goal is to finish with the best time possible.
