This season Im tackling my first Triathlon season. I had a super sprint on 5/4 where I came in under my goal and first in my age group. My next race, however is June 29th near Boston. It’s a sprint tri and my goal is to come in under 2 hours.

20 mile road race on April 13th. Went great until mile 5 when I crashed and broke my clavicle. Next race date? Unknown, but I’m hoping to get back on the bike ASAP. I miss it every day!!

I’m planning to do the trollveggen triathlon in Aandalsnes Norway, goal is 3 hours, it’s a short course but very challenging with 1500m vertical distance split equally on the bike and the run

Not a racer, but my next planed major event is the STP (Seattle to Portland bike ride) 7/12/2014. But who knows what will come up between then and now. My goal is to finish in two days. Considering I haven’t ridden a century yet, centuries in back to back days seems like a decent challenge.

Just today I ran a 5K with the goal of having no pain as a result of the IT band syndrome I’ve been battling for 2 months. Mission successful! No pain in the knee, but eek! I lost a lot of fitness in the past two months.
I only race against myself but several times a week ;-)
Next race is Monday in Luxembourg and goal is to have my fastest 10k means under 57 min

Just completed MTB to Rigi mountain, Switzerland with elevation 1798 M and 28 KM. Steep uphill and challenging downhill trail. It took us 4:30 hrs whole trip. It is my second time there and stunning view from the top compensate the hard workout. Next trip should be Creux du Van, Switzerland.
