I am racing in the Route 66 Sprint Triathlon on May 31 in El Reno, Oklahoma! I’m so excited about it.
Last race was American Birkie. 50k. Zero degrees at start, without the wind chill. 18″ new snow the day before. It was a slog, but I still moved up 400 spots in overall!

Next race is TriHard Keswick Olympic(ish) Tri and my first since 2011! Did the old have a baby thing and my goal for the race is to get cheered over the line by my little girl! (of course it would be great to be in a good position too – so I’m aiming for 20% improvement on my last effort at the race).

My next planned race “was” this Saturday. It was the AIM High Bryant Sprint triathlon (400yd swim indoors, 13 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run). My goal was to break 1:15:00 and podium for my age group. But this week I had an emergency appendectomy surgery so I have no clue when I’ll be back on my feet for my next race
My next race will be an ability pursuit race on May 25 in the
Ontario Masters Cycling Asosiation.
I have a 10k planned for June 14th, looking to PR, and my goal is to take almost 10 minutes off of my time and go sub 1:00…that would be amazing for me!!
Chicago ITU June 29th
Not sure what to expect since there is a 4 lap bike in the tunnels of lower Wacker. May see Batman hanging out down there from his last movie. Plan is to finish Olympic distance around 2 1/2 hours or a bit less.
Oeiras Sprint Triathlon, will be my first tri. Since this will be my first (of many I hope), my goal is to finish without any major issues on transitions.
5K next month..
Next race is the Bolder Boulder 10k. It will be my second 10k race, and I aim to beat my last time by nearly 10 minutes, going from just under 65 minutes to around 55.
Scheduled to do Vineman 70.3 in July.

Next race is Black Bear Triathlon (olympic distance) on June 1st in the Poconos. First race of the year, and first race with my tri bike, so my goal is to get through it without getting hurt. Sub 2:30 would be nice, too, though!

Munich Marathon in October, though I just plan to run the half. Currently no goal other than to finish at all, but that will likely change to some time limit if I make further progress during the summer.
Ran the Lincoln Half Marathon last weekend and got a PR. It was a great day to run.
Next planned race is a 3.800m aquatic marathon, on the same course of the Ironman Fortaleza 2014. Training hard to do it sub-1h.
Next race is Ironman 70.3 Syracuse. Goal is somewhere between 5:00 and 5:45 .. lol realistically somewhere around 5:35 or so.

Technically my next event is a 3k “bathrobe run” but I”m not exactly planning to push for anything but being silly at that. In August I have a half marathon that I’d like to run in 2:30.
Xterra Trail Run 1/2 Marathon on May 18th, Oak Mountain State Park, Pelham Alabama. Hoping for a good showing with a 1:35 time or so. Not sure if that will happen since weather is predicted to be hot hot hot.
My next cycling race will be in June. This will be my second ever bike race! It is shorter than my first race at 44 miles but very aggressive rollers! my goal is to compete with the finishing group :)
Nordea Riga Marathon on May 18th, 1/2 marathon distance. Goal is to finish few seconds before Viesturs ( #442 ) :)
My next planned race at this time is the Morro Bay Triathlon on November 2nd. Looking to do sub 2:30 on the course since it’s fairly flat. I highly recommend this race DCR. Beautiful location on the Central Coast of California. I will probably squeeze in a few more races before then.
Next race is a sprint triathlon at my gym. First race, for me, in seven years. Hoping to get back into tri.
I am focused on getting to a fitness level to complete my first Century in August. I have lost 20lbs since January and riding stronger than ever. I upgraded road bikes to one that fits right late last fall. Now I am ready to ride the rest of the flab off and get a Century under my loose belt. Target Century is the RBC Reston Century in Virginia.

New Jersey Marathon. had a rough day, was congested in the build up to the race. I felt i was going to have a bad day at mile 3!!!!!. was aiming for sub 3:25 i ended up taking 2 short walking (and drinking) breaks at miles ~15 and ~18 but luckily didnt bonk like i’ve done in the past. pushed through strong headwinds and finsihed in 3:31
My next race on the schedule is the Nautica Malibu Triathlon in September. It’s my first Tri, so my goal is basically just to finish and not let the ocean swallow me whole. I may end up running a 10k in June to get a better qualifying time for the two Half Marathons I’m running in November, but technically that hasn’t been decided yet.

My goal is 1:32 in Helsinki City Run (half marathon). That would be my new record. Current record is 1:34:40 from last September.

Next race is a 5K at my kids elementary school tomorrow. My goal is not to get beat by my 7 year old, (again) who posted 28 minutes last time.
My next race will be my first triathlon, and actually my first race of any kind. The carlsbad triathlon in July, it is a sprint distance.
My next serious race will be on June 22nd, a half Triathlon in Stein, in the Dutch Mountains :)

First upcoming race is Hove olympic distance triathlon (Arendal, south Norway) half June. Goal is to have a ‘training lap’/final check before joining in Ironman 70.3 Haugesund (west Norway) first weekend of July. For both races, the goal is to have a strong run, and to enjoy the beatiful views along the way!
Next Sunday, May 18th, is my first half – the Colfax Half Marathon (part of which is run through the Denver Zoo!). My goal time is 2:30, with my second goal is 2:45.
Then, a month later, I’m running the Estes Park Half Marathon – with a steady 3% climb for 3 solid miles (miles 3-6), and an elevation above my normal training, my goal is to just finish.
No upcoming races planned. Last one was the Danville HM. Had a PR and broke 2 hours!
Just had our second child in January so no planned races for this year. Last race was the Chicago Marathon (my first marathon). Missed my goal time by a handful of minutes which is motivating me to run another marathon.
A 5k race in Mexico City on May 18th in preparation for the Duathlon World Championships in Pontevedra Spain (June 1st)
My last race was a duathlon in Camarillo, CA. It went well enough, although I did find myself stopped out on the bike course waiting for a train to pass. The organizers did their best to adjust the results for those of us who were caught out. It reminded me of a scene from Paris-Roubaix.
The RAP River Run 5 Mile. Hoping for <36:00. And, truth be told, hoping for some bling from Clever Training.
Next run will be away from home. Hope to make it in no time…….
My next race in on June 8 and is the Kansas half ironman. I hope to finish in less that 7 hours.

Two races this weekend. Saturday 5/10 in Elizabethtown, NY a 4 mile road race. Sunday 5/11 in Glens Falls, NY a 8 mile duathlon. The goal for both races is to beat the time from the previous year.
My last race was the Crescent City Classic in New Orleans. It went fairly well, I ran a similar time to last year.
Next race is the JCC Sprint Tri by the Sea on Sunday, then the Cooperstown Triathlon, all leading up to Rev3 Quassy which I’m hoping for a sub 6hr finish!
I have no races planned – just one major event in early June – the birth of my son! I guess that is going to be tougher and more rewarding than any race :)

I did a 5k at the Halifax airport last Sept. Posted a horrible time, got a cold after, and hurt my ankle that I was too stunurn to let heal properly before the race. Physio is going well and I hope to be racing again in the fall.
