Saturday i did a 18 mile trail run with 5000 elevation feet gain under 3 hours and today (Sunday) was a rest day.
Crossfit, 5 mi run, 20 mi bike.
I plan to race my first sprint tri of the season. The best training is racing!
Saturday: 1 hour of high intensity intervals on my indoor bike trainer
Sunday: 2 hours of easy spin on my indoor bike trainer
180km indoor ironman on computrainer and 9km brick run on treadmill .
Still a metre of snow here so plans are just for skiing
Sat: 45 min Z2 Swim, 90 min Z2 Bike
Sun: 30 min Bike to 60 min Run Brick
10km run Saturday, 1500m swim on Sunday if the weather is ok
Ride 50 miles tempo on Saturday, then a 10-mile endurance run on Sunday. I am training for an Ironman! (Buffalo Springs Lake Tri half-IM on June 29th)
saturday- st pattys day road race and then a fun partner wod at crossfit. sunday- off to nurse my st pattys day hangover!

12 mile long run after way too many weeks without a long run.
1.5 hours on the Kickr Saturday (Clark workout on TrainerRoad), 7 mile recovery run Sunday.
Pacing my 8 year old at the local leprechaun 5k, squeezing in a couple of hours on the bike before the sun sets while she at kids night at the gym and then 6 miles on Sunday while she’s at track practice before the snow starts up again.
Working on a TrainerRoad plan since we are still snow covered and slippery and the temps are well below freezing still, Saturday was Mono (90 min with over/under efforts) and Sunday was Colosseum (90 minutes aerobic).
7.5 km running on Saturday and 26 on Sunday. All kinds of running this weekend.
Saturday: 2 hour ride on indoor trainer with TrainerRoad while watching Netflix
Sunday: Rest
Rest day Saturday and long run Sunday. Hopefully long enough to enjoy some green beer on Monday.
Run at least 10K.
It is not a plan any longer, but a fact. On Saturday driving 11 hours and a bit, today it was an extra long weightlifting as a sign of commitment to return to the gym after some break.
Two miles Saturday, three miles Sunday. Walking, because I’m on my fourth frustrating month of no-running due to SI dysfunction.

Saturday – Half hour weight lifting and 2 hours at theme park that covered 4 miles walked. 6.0 miles or 11,490 steps for the day.
Sunday – 2.4 mile run around the neighborhood, hour lifting weights and, a walk around lake with my Fiance that was a mile. 6.8 miles or 11,817 steps for the day.
12 chicken wings and a large pizza.
Sat. 1hr session including 3
x4 mins and 8x1min.
Sun 90min recovery session.
Since the weekend is almost over this is what I did:
1.5 hour TrainerRoad ride focusing on Over-Under intervals below and above FTP
roller skating with my daughter for the first time
11 miles of single track trail first thing Saturday morning. Watching the fiancee run her first 5k Sunday. No real plans!
Saturday- 5k race followed by 4 mile run
Sunday- an hour of intervals on the trainer
Ran 5 miles on Saturday, Swam 1500 on Sunday
Bike 30 miles on sat
Run 8 miles on
Chill with family.
Too lazy to run. Just disc golf this and next weekend.
3 hour indoor ride on Saturday (TrainerRoad), 10k run on Synday
Chase my 2 and a half year old around the backyard or at the playground. Might also involve some strength/resistance training like squats, lifts and swings.
Nothing but Spring Skiing this weekend!
1hr 15 minute spin on Saturday and a 26k run on Sunday. Walk the dog.

I’m just getting started at this, trying to get myself fit and work up to my first races. This weekend was a 30km ride on saturday and a 12km run on sunday. That was my longest run yet, although my pace was down a bit.
Sat: Sufferfest HellHathNoFury and TrainerRoad
Sun: Endurance 130 km
Sat – corbo load, Sun – local half marathon clock 1.45
Saturday: 5 1/2 hour century
Sunday: 2 hr hammerfest with a little climbing mixed in.

Actually I’m taking this weekend off. Did intervals in Friday and will start into a tempo run on Monday. Preparing for the local 10k in three weeks.
