Suffering from a cold, so a DNS for an ultramarathon I had planned. I will get out for a short walk later, and maybe an easy bike ride tomorrow.
I’m feeling very bad after wisdom teeth removal, just doing some core exercises in between a netflix marathon.
And that’s so sad since it’s the first day of 25°C of sun!

16 mile run on the Chicago lake front, preparing for the April 26th Illinois marathon. Off I go …
I’ll start the weekend with a recovery 5mi trail run along the Arve with my dog, Bonnie, then do a hill workout in the afternoon. Sunday is 35km long run day, in training for the Geneva Marathon and the CCC later this year. Hopefully the sun will stay out for the whole weekend!

This weekend I have a 18KM long run. The goal is to run the half marathon in May. After that 2 weeks off and then well Paris. I will bring with me a Merenda for Ray and the Girl. Hope they will like it.
