I’m in the midst of a gym challenge in which only miles done within the gym count, so I’m going to plant myself on a bike in the gym and try to get 40 miles tomorrow. Sunday, I might run 6 miles in the morning with the local running club, and then I have a 5K at 2pm.
I plan to run 17K on saturday and ride 40k on sunday.
My weekend plans are to run Saturday in my first official 10k, as part of my half-marathon training plan. Sunday is an easy short recovery run.

I will be doing a road bike ride on both Saturday and Sunday here in sunny, Southern California. Should be about 100-miles in total.
10km run sat morning, princess park Melbourne to kick start my training for first full marathon in October – eek! Followed by yoga session on Sunday morning as I need to be able to touch my toes by oct yeah!

Hoppfully go on a crosscountry tour today (Saturday) if the promised snow shows up, otherwise a long run in the sun around the village here. On Sunday I’ll probably do a strength & stretching session in the evening.
Otherwise I’ll be playing outside with my kids the remaining time, so basically the weekend will be one long training session ;)

A wonderful 12k early morning run along the still empty beaches (tourist season hasn’t taken off yet) of Brouwersdam, Zeeland in the Netherlands.
Plan is simple: 45km bike ride today and 20km run on Sunday.
Made an Avalanche training camp this week with 3000m ascend and some nice lines with my Snowboard in the backcountry in Zillertal, Austria. This weekend i will chill and just do a Regeneration run.

Tomorrow has to be very carefully timed. I have to do a decently long run in the morning to keep vaguely on schedule for my next half marathon race, in the late afternoon I’ll be running with my husband to work out a new parkrun course and somewhere in between I have the Melbourne Formula 1 race to watch and we also want to go and see Sculptures By The Sea to see a sculpture that is essentially the world’s biggest cask wine bladder.
It’s a very classy day.
Spring traditionally has been “floating dirt” time in Russia, so, although it’s warm outside, keeping my training indoors, shoud do some core strength, weight lifting and relaxing two-hour swim on Sunday.
During the weekend I’ll have some rest from my cycling trips to work during the week (approx. 50km per day). Nevertheless, I’ll run a few km with my girlfriend and visit the gym. Thank you in advance! P.s. Really like your post about the Fenix 2!
