I’m training for my first ironman 70.3
I have two St. Patrick’s Day themed races this weekend. The first is a 5k on Saturday and the second is a 5 miler on Sunday. Then I’ll have a recovery Guinness.
A 6-10 mile skijor with one of our dogs on Saturday on the Tanana River and a 2-3 hour run on Sunday or a long skate ski depending on conditions.
