Just over a 1 hour tempo run that will get me to 140 miles for the month.
Not only do I need to make room for Easter brunch though but with Game of Thrones starting again tonight I need to make room for all that honey mead beer!
Four miles planned for tomorrow – so far I’ve destroyed some Cadbury mini eggs, still working on the rest!
10kms today, in exhange for Lind Giandor Easter eggs and lots of real eggs, too. Need to take it easy as I am a bit poorly, too. Need to be fit for running Boston . . .
17 mile run today.
‘Quick like a bunny’, my mom would always say when trying to get us moving. God I hated that. :D
hey, I’m did a 9km uphill & 9km downhill, no chocolate but had a small slice of cake :D
It’s rainy here, so I’ve been tuning up the bikes in my basement. I’ll probably do a Trainer Road workout or head to the pool. No Easter treats to deal with — this week’s guilty pleasure was a trip through the drive-thru for those awesome little Krystal hamburgers and “Chili Pups”.
20km mountainbiking, then relax on the couch with family, no chocolate bunny though
Monday starts 70.3 training. Jelly beans can be used as training nutrition, right?
5km swim // 5.5km*2+200hm bike to and from there
45min TRX // 13.5km bike to and from there
// try to avoid candies for Easter to get rid of winter weight, while Spring is damn cold here in Germany this year.

In Zone 4 for way too much, but I remounted many position.
Good day to be on the bike finally some good weather
Marco
Going to ride about an hour to compensate for all the sugary madness!
Today is a rest day, unless you can count chasing after a chocolate stuffed 3 yr old as a work out. Tomorrow’s workout is an hour strength training.
And as for Easter treats … no chocolate, just following my Sunday tradition of ‘Whiskey and Walking Dead.’
I will do 60km bikemountain this in three sessions 20km today its far enough to burn many, many calories
Take my boys out for a ride. We do a hill TT near our house 1/2 mile avg 10% with some steep 19-22%.
If chocolate equates to easter, every day is easter in my life…I keep handy a bag of delicious dark chocolate candy…so, every workout is driven by the chocolate!! Today’s workout will be an awesome bike ride through the Texas Hill Country.
2250 yds in pool after too many snack size candy bars.

Just did 70km :)
My plan is to spend at least 30min on the trainer. This will also be by first workout since fracturing the head of my radial bone 3 weeks ago
Easter has always been a weakness of mine. I have eaten two bags of jellybeans (favorite candy) in two days. Monday is the start of spring break for my kids. We are going a water park in the Wisconsin Dells and I’m going to get a lot of exercise doing stairs all day while taking the water slide down!
3.5h bike ride at 32°F
I’ve got an 11 mile long run already scheduled for next weekend, so I’m planning on trying to eat healthy all week and then hitting the 11 miles hard on Saturday. I don’t normally go nuts on Easter, but I do like the reese’s peanut butter cup eggs.
Yesterday I did 6 miles at tempo pace, and today I’ll do about 10 miles easy. Then it’s chocolate time!
10-15 miler and not letting any chocolate in the house
White chocolate bunny and an easy five miler.
Just finished a 115km ride from my mom’s home back to Amsterdam. It is still quite cold here and I didn’t expected it to snow like it did for more than 1 hour during the ride. At least the calories from all the chocolate eggs I ate are burned.
An easy 2 hour bike ride.
Riding hill repeats tomorrow after todays bunny feed…
Choclolate. Lots and lots of chocolate. A nice easy recovery ride to enjoy the beautiful spring weather.

Probably just some running around with my kids on Sunday, but on Monday I hope to get back to running. Probably something light and easy 2 min on/1 min off kind of thing.
Easter is my least favorite candy holiday, but I’d probably go with the standard of Jelly Beans.
Bike 1 hr – 10 minute Z4 intervals w/ 5 min recovery. Brick Run 1 hr – 1 minute build, 4 minutes recovery. My weakness is Red Velvet Cake.

Short hour long MTB ride
10km through the streets of Roma in western Qld and home to eat more yummy bunnies.
10 mile easy run Easter Sunday to top off the 10-mile hard run (8×1/2-mile repeats) that I crushed yesterday!
On the road to Boston, baby. (Only 2 weeks to go!) And on the road to run off the dark chocolate NEED (It is not an addiction!) that I have, not just on Easter, but year-round. Oh, and macarons. (They are, admittedly, a weakness.)
Competed at the Scottish Duathlon Champs at Stirling today in a balmy 4 degrees temp.

1,5h run to get seme running done before marathon in 2 weeks
I’ll be running around about half of our town. Literally. Fortunately our town isn’t too big so it’ll be about an 11 mile run. I’m training for a marathon in July so it works out good for me. White chocolate is my weakness this time of year. Something about it… so good but it means I have to work out more.
10 Mile Run after brunch!
13 mile run yesterday and a 50 mile ride tomorrow should deal with any chocolate-induced calories from today!
Well yesterday I got a nice 22 minute 5k in after about two months of knee issues so that felt really good. Today might be ugly, but 1200 meters in the pool tomorrow morning and a few dozen miles on the bike this week should clear that up nicely. Happy Easter.
Strength training (Legs, Back, Shoulders, Core) is up next. I only rest 30 seconds between sets so hopefully the pace will help offset some of the chocolate bunny. Thanks for the opportunity at the giveaway!
4 hour bike; 220 watt, with every hour 10 min 280-300 watt
8 km surf ski paddle on English Bay in Vancouver flat water no waves
60k ride through snowy Germany: Garmin Connect

Riding Mulholland in Malibu. 50mi. 5000 ft of climbing. Easter eggs. I want the Garmin!
I ate a head-sized kinder egg because my daughter already had enough chocolate. I’ll go run a hilly 10k tomorrow morning to make up for at least part of it.
50 k mountain bike ride.
A nice scenic ~50km ride on Vancouver’s North Shore, out to Whytecliff Park. Hopefully this burns off at least half of the homemade cream eggs I ate yesterday…
Well, today was supposed to be a nice 60 minute Z2 run fueled by peeps, but after yesterdays two hour bike ride and subsequent crash that’s not looking likely.
14 mile run to offset inlaws Easter dinner
Does offsetting Cadbury eggs with Reese’s eggs count? I guess a lap or two around the national mall will be in order.
Two hours on the Kickr at 220w. The offender: an entire box of thin mint girl scout cookies. What? It’s only once a year.
A brick, a 30 minute swim followed by a 30 minute run.
BT: Hilly brick. Bike medium to long duration on a hilly course with heart rate in 1-4 zones. Then quickly transition to a medium-duration run in the hills in heart rate 1-4 zones. Elevate heart rate/effort on the uphills on both bike and run recovering on the downhills and flats. Refuel as in race. (This may be done with a trainer and treadmill.)
Run yesterday and tomorrow, hopefully I can squeeze in a short Crossfit workout today!
I think I saw a post about chocolate bunnies being a good post workout recovery food!
13 mile run. Last “long run” before Boston.
Easter guilty pleasure – chocolate and peanut butter.
Enjoy
Quick 5 mile run with the double stroller after a 10 miler yesterday and a 6 miler on Good Friday! Need to work off the Cadbury eggs!
Still recovering from a broken hand, so an easy run, and a tentative bike ride. Thanks for keeping us all in the know!
I’m traveling for work, but it’s long bike day, so I guess I’ll be spinning in the hotel gym for an hour or two! I’ll pick up easter candy afterward…

Did an easy 5km run this morning with the dog at Franskraal beach. The rest if the day I will be running after the kid, who had too much easter eggs…
4 mile run yesterday. Me and the dog are trying to get back in shape. Hopefully bike to work a few times this week as well.
I’m currently waiting on a flight to LA, which is taking up my entire Easter Sunday. So no training for me today. But I am renting a bike while I’m out there and plan on doing at least 50 miles on Monday to make up for the lack of miles today.
Did an easy 5km run this morning with the dog. The rest if the day I will be running after the kid, who had too much easter eggs…
Much to many sugary peeps and Reese’s peanut butter eggs. Going to do 2 hours of long slow hill repeats on the bike.
Wooooot
Doing an easy 60 km recovery ride just to loose the chocolade easter bunny
Nice 6 mile run and then a nice long walk with the dog so he doesn’t feel left out.
Planning a day long lunch with friends on Monday.
To prepare… we arrived in Bruges, Belgium, yesterday (Saturday) around 07.00. We started with a four to five hour combined endurance and speed-interval training. Then about three to four hours of short hill repeats (well, not exactly repeats – unlike the pro’s, we climbed each hill once), and some recovery in between the hills. After 250 kilometers and around 9 hours, we arrived in Oudenaarde. It was a great day – around 2500 others joined us for the workout. We had a light dinner, to save some space for lunch on Monday.
A brick workout, probably a total of 2.5 hours. Peanut M&Ms will be fueling a good portion of it.
Trainer Road Free Ride 30, as a recovery ride from yesterday’s Half Marathon.
Road race and long run yesterday left lots of room for chocolate.
Hopefully a long ride today to finish off the weekend.
I did a 20 mile run yesterday, so just an easy, recovery run today
10K. And eat another chocolate afterwards as a reward!
2 hour bike non stop! and after that.. improve my low elbow catch
